My son asked me to make him a rustic flag for his apartment with my new Kreg Jig @kregjig...so of course I had to do it.
Since he's been at AF field training this month, I wanted to get it finished before he gets back home next week...
We cut the boards to 5ft and secured them with the Kreg Jig...
Then time to burn the wood...
Stain applied...
Lines measured off...
Paint applied and wiped off...
Stars painted, this was the hard part...
Finished project, hope he loves it. Found a great quote about freedom I'm putting on the back!
