IQF Hamburgers...

Have you been to the store and purchased IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) burgers lately?  They're EXPENSIVE!  But let's face it, patting out hamburgers is a drag, and they sometimes fall apart on the grill.

Solution, make your own IQF burgers!

I do like to add a little flavor to my burgers...If you've not tried County Bob's, rush NOW to the store and give it a try...it's my favorite!

Not too much liquid, or the patties won't hold up...

Use wax paper or baking sheets to put between layers of patties.   Also, push your thumb in the center of each patty, making a dent in the center...this will help keep the patties from shrinking up like golf balls on the grill...try it, it really works!

Wrap up the patties, put in ziplock bags and in the freezer they go.  When you're ready to grill, just pull out the number you need...BIG SAVINGS!
