Never have shrunk Hamburgers again!

I LOVE anything grilled, especially hamburgers...but you know how horrible it is to have a nice patty on the grill and when you open the lid, it's the size of a golfball, and about as round...There's a simple solution...

Pat out your patties as normal...

Take you thumb and push down on the center like this...

I know it looks strange, but once the patty cooks you'll never see the thumbprint, just nice flat patties the size you wanted...
