Ok I've been seeing this for a while now on blogworld and thought I would give it a try...saving up my empty toilet paper rolls...
I also had this frame in my garage waiting for a "project"...today was the day...
Take your rolls and simply cut them up...when you cut them it automatically puts a crease in the pieces...
Lay them out on your base and pick a design you like...I'm all about flowers! If you don't have a frame, you could also use a blank painters canvas... Once you have your design...
take the pieces and grab the hot glue gun...
I spray painted my pieces red for the holidays and added some glitter glue to the background. This wasn't the best picture, but you get the idea!
